Support Our Client Services staff is comprised of professionals from a variety of disciplines, but with a common thread: each has direct industry experience in retail travel. The Client Services department offers training, implementation specialists, support helpdesk, accounting specialists and Account Management. We take pride in the exceptional support we provide. Our support helpdesk boasts a 98% problem-resolution on the very first call! Call escalation procedures, sophisticated call logging, and tracking systems maintain our customers' high standards of customer satisfaction. Customer Support has been built right into the Matrix deployment strategy. Features such as the user's ability to "snapshot" a screen and email it to our Support Group, all at the touch of a button, mean that problems (without explanation) and even training issues get resolved quickly to the customer's satisfaction.
Training, in our ultra-modern facility, is provided to Head Office, Accounting, and ARC/IAR staff.
Flexible programs may also be developed to meet individual agencies' unique needs.
Dedicated Account Managers, the Clients' Advocates, hold the ultimate responsibility for
Client Satisfaction. They provide in-house coordination between Global's resources and
client requirements.
