The Global Matrix web site is divided into two distinct areas. The first section of the site is used for promotion of Global Matrix services. There is the facility to enter your information if you want to be contacted, sent literature or request information. Unless you specifically enter these clearly identified fields, your information will be treated as it is on the rest of the public sections of the site.

Any information entered by any visitor to this section of the site will be used solely for the tracking of these promotions. Global Matrix will not use the information in any way to contact the visitor, either directly or indirectly for the purposes of marketing or selling any of its various products and/or services.

Global Matrix will not sell, exchange or give gratis any information collected from this section of the site to any other person, firm or association. There are no tracking tools or "cookies" used on this site.

The purpose of this site is for the collection of information to be used solely in the development and implementation of Travel Agency Business Management systems by Global Matrix.

There are links to other web sites for your convenience. We have no control over these sites, and cannot verify that the same privacy policies may or may not be used on these sites. Global Matrix will not, however, accept information about specific visitors to these sites who have linked to them via the Global Matrix site. Global Matrix will, however, accept anonymous, aggregate information from these sites.

The second section of the site is for current Global Matrix customers. In order to access this section, a visitor must sign on with a valid name and password issued by Global Matrix. In this section, customers can get non-GDS access to only the information that they are authorized to. This includes access to our WEB ENTRY and INFOBASE reporting systems, as well as specific Global Matrix productivity tips, current documentation and training materials.

The 'contact' section of our site is where current customers can enter suggestions about our products and services. If a visitor doesn't wish to be identified, these comments can be entered anonymously. Only if a visitor to this section specifies that they would like a follow up, will anyone from Global Matrix contact the visitor. We intend to use these suggestions as input into our services development process, thereby building superior solutions for our customer base.

On this section of the site, (with the exception of anonymous suggestions), we will track visitors and what they are accessing. We want to know which of the online features we are offering our customers are using most frequently, and which customers are taking advantage of these advanced features.

By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of information use by Global Matrix in accordance with our privacy policy. If we ever change our privacy policy, we will post any changes on this page so that you are always aware of the information that we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
