- Each API request is logged. The JBOSS server log and the API log
files are monitored by the Global Matrix Operations Staff through a
regular Linux console.
- JBOSS monitoring capabilities are used to monitor
system throughput and availability by the Operations Staff.
- All XML booking records, transmitted via the API
are saved as soon as they are received and are archived to a backup system
on a daily basis. The API stores these records in a location defined in a
configuration file. The file_base property in the configuration file
defines the directory where the transmitted XML records will be located.
