Change to Air Canada Online bookings Effective May 10, 2009, Air Canada Web bookings (ACO) will create a BSP ticket in Matrix using supplier code ACY.
These documents will now automatically appear on your BSP Register, BSP Agency Sales Report and BSP Reconciliation Report.
If your agency is already registered to link Air Canada Web bookings to Global Matrix this change is automatic, if you are not registered and would like to do so, please contact Global Matrix Customer Service.
